1. Who we are

We are an independent studio based in Grenoble, France. We design sci-fi grimdark model parts (“bitz”) and miniatures at 32 mm heroic scale, sold in two forms:

  • Physical items — resin-printed to order after purchase. We hold no ready-made stock.
  • Digital 3D files (STL) — for customers who print at home.

2. How to contact us

Customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Central European Time (CET/CEST), excluding French public holidays. We aim to answer every message within 2 business days.

3. Prices, currency and payment

  • Prices are shown in euros (EUR) by default. If your country uses another currency, an estimated converted price may be displayed; the exact amount and currency charged are always confirmed at checkout.
  • No VAT is added (see above). Prices exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards and, where available, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its authorised partners over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Your order is confirmed by an automatic email once payment is authorised.

4. Shipping and import charges

  • Physical orders are printed, cured, checked and packed to order, then shipped from France. Digital (STL) orders are delivered by download link — no shipping.
  • Delivery times, carriers and costs by destination are set out in our Shipping Policy.
  • Deliveries outside the European Union — including the UK, the USA and Australia — may be subject to import duties, sales tax / GST and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and are payable by the recipient.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Full terms are in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Physical items are custom-made to your order, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c); French Consumer Code, Article L221-28 3°).
  • Your rights are unaffected if an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Digital files (STL) are non-refundable; you agree that the right of withdrawal is lost once the download is made available (French Consumer Code, Article L221-28 13°), because the content is supplied immediately.

6. Your consumer rights by region

Nothing on this website limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country in which you live.

  • European Union / EEA: legal guarantee of conformity (minimum 2 years) under the Sale of Goods Directive and Articles L217-3 ff. of the French Consumer Code, plus the hidden-defects warranty under the French Civil Code.
  • United Kingdom: your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply.
  • United States: you keep any rights available under the consumer-protection law of your state of residence.
  • Australia: our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please send any complaint first to sharkass3d@gmail.com or by post to the address above; we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be settled directly, you may bring it before the competent courts. French law also provides for free consumer mediation for retail disputes (French Consumer Code, Article L612-1); we will appoint an approved consumer mediator and publish its contact details here as our business grows.

8. Independence and third-party trademarks

Sharkass3D / Wargamesprint is an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or associated with any tabletop game, miniature or intellectual-property publisher.

Our physical products are aftermarket conversion parts and miniatures intended for kitbashing, personalisation and hobby modelling. Any painted or unpainted miniatures made by third parties that appear in our photography are shown for scale illustration only and are not included in any sale. Where a third-party trademark appears, it is used only for factual description and remains the property of its owner.

9. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this website — names, logos, text, product photography, 3D renders, layout and code — is the property of Maël Bazoin or used with permission, and is protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Digital files sold on this website are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only; reproduction, redistribution or resale of the files, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
