2. We quote it. We look at the file and send you a price. No obligation.
3. We print it. Once you approve, your parts go into production.
4. We ship it. Tracked delivery, worldwide.

How much does a custom order cost?

It depends on the volume of resin, the number of parts and the supports your model needs. We do not price a file we have not seen — send it through the form and you get a real figure back, not an estimate.

How long does it take?

Production takes 3 to 7 business days once you approve the quote. Large orders and peak periods can take longer, and we tell you before you pay, never after.

Delivery comes on top of production: 2 to 5 business days in mainland France, 3 to 8 across the European Union, 4 to 10 for the United Kingdom and Switzerland, 5 to 12 for the United States. Full detail in our shipping policy.

How your parts are made

Every piece is printed in 14K resin with ultra-thin layers, then goes through a multi-stage clean — agitation bath followed by an ultrasonic bath — before UV curing and packing. That is the same process we use for everything in the shop, not a lighter version for one-off jobs.

What we print

Wargaming and tabletop pieces: miniatures, kitbash bits, conversion kits, terrain and display models. Our own catalogue is built around 32 mm, 40 mm and 90 mm scales, so those are the sizes we handle every day — but tell us what you need and we will say yes or no straight.

Do you keep or resell my file?

No. Your file is used to print your order and nothing else. It is never added to the catalogue, never resold, never shared.

You only want the files?

Our own designs are available as instant STL downloads in the digital products collection, and as printed resin in the main catalogue. A custom order is for your file, or for something we do not make yet.
