Original 3D models designed in-house remain our exclusive property. Third-party 3D models offered for physical printing on this website are printed and sold under commercial print licences granted to us by their respective creators; all rights in those designs remain with those creators.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, resale or public communication of website content or of our digital files, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.
Sharkass3D / Wargamesprint is an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or associated with Games Workshop Group PLC or its Warhammer brands, or with any other game, miniature or IP publisher. Where a third-party trademark appears anywhere on this website, it is used only for factual description or compatibility reference and remains the property of its owner.
Our physical products are aftermarket conversion parts (“bitz”) and miniatures intended for kitbashing, personalisation and hobby modelling. Any painted or unpainted miniatures produced by third parties that appear in our product photography are shown for illustrative purposes only, to demonstrate scale (true-scale 32 mm) and conversion potential on finished models. Such demonstration miniatures are not included in any sale, and we claim no ownership of, or rights in, their original designs.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may bring it before the competent courts.
