These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all sales made through sharkass3d.com by Maël Bazoin, sole trader operating as Sharkass3D / Wargamesprint (“we”, “us”, “our”), whose details appear in our Legal Notice. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

Our physical products are aftermarket parts intended for the customisation and conversion of existing models. They are hobby and collector items and are not toys within the meaning of toy-safety legislation; they are not intended for children.
Product pages, prices and availability are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund) in case of an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, non-payment, a shipping restriction affecting your destination, or an intellectual-property concern about a requested Custom Order.
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. We are a micro-enterprise under the French VAT franchise: VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French CGI) and no VAT is added to your order. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included — see our Shipping Policy, section 6. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken at the time of order through the methods offered at checkout (card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and others). Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details. Orders are not put into production until payment is confirmed.
Production time and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. Because items are printed to order, minor variations in colour, support-mark placement and finish between individual prints are normal and are not defects. Resin parts can be brittle before assembly and curing; handle with care.
When you buy a digital product, you do not buy the file's intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to:

The licence terminates automatically if you breach it. Digital products are non-refundable — see our Return and Refund Policy, section 1.
All original 3D models, product photography, 3D renders, text, the “Sharkass3D” and “Wargamesprint” names and logos, the “Inside the Sharkass Forge” concept and the website itself are protected by intellectual property law and remain our property or that of our licensors. No right is granted except the limited licence in section 6 for purchased digital products.
Some physical products on this website are based on designs by independent third-party sculptors (for example Greytide Studio). We hold and pay for valid commercial print licences for these designs — obtained through each creator's official licensing or membership programme (such as their Tribes or Patreon commercial tier) — which permit us to 3D-print and sell the physical items. All intellectual property rights in those designs remain with their creators. Buying a physical item based on a third-party design does not give you any licence to reproduce, copy, cast, scan or distribute that design.
Sharkass3D / Wargamesprint is an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by or associated with Games Workshop Group PLC or its Warhammer brands, or with any other game, miniature or IP publisher.
Our products are original or independently licensed conversion parts and miniatures. Any painted or unpainted miniatures made by third parties that appear in our product images are shown strictly and only for illustration, to demonstrate true-scale (32 mm) proportions and the conversion potential of our parts on finished models. Those demonstration miniatures are not included in any sale, we do not sell them, and we claim no ownership of or rights in their original designs. Third-party trademarks and names are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only where necessary for description or compatibility (for example, “compatible with 32 mm heroic-scale power-armour models”).
For Custom Orders, you confirm that you own or have the right to use any reference, model or file you send us, and that our production of the item will not infringe any third party's rights. We may refuse any Custom Order request. You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from a design or instruction you provided.
You agree not to misuse the website, not to attempt to access it in an unauthorised way, not to scrape or copy content beyond normal browsing, and not to upload unlawful or infringing content in messages or reviews.
Physical products carry the French legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Your rights to return, replacement, refund and withdrawal are set out in full in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under French law — including the mandatory consumer guarantees, which are not affected by this section.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier or postal disruption, power or internet outages, equipment failure, resin supply shortages, or acts of government.
Send any complaint to sharkass3d@gmail.com. We will try to resolve it quickly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be settled directly, see our Legal Notice, section 5, for your dispute-resolution options, including consumer mediation and the competent courts.
These Terms and any purchase are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country or of France. If you contract as a business, the courts of Grenoble, France, have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it. The “last updated” date shows the current version.
